The Garden of Forking Paths is a thoughtful World War I-era spy drama. It follows German spy Doctor Yu Tsun, an angry academic attempting to prove to his white supremacist handlers that he is their equal or superior. Near to exposure, Doctor Tsun ponders how to reveal the location of one final target to the Germans before the British capture and kill him. In the end he is forced to commit an abhorrent murder after pondering all possible options.
